Automobile Lamborghini is a luxury sports car and SUV manufacturer founded in 1963 in Italy by Ferruccio Lamborghini. It has gone through several company ownerships and is currently owned by the Volkswagen Group. Interestingly, Lamborghini (as the company Lamborghini Trattori) also produces tractors sold around the world except North America.
The first Lamborghini ever mass produced was the 1964 350GT. It was a very successful, two door coupe with a V12 and ensured Lamborghini as a competitor to Ferrari. One of the most iconic Lamborghini’s was the Countach LP 400. Only 151 were produced between 1974 and 1978 and it is still in demand today.
Today, Lamborghini offers three lines of cars. The Urus is the world’s first Super SUV and the first five seat super sports car. The Urus can go from 0-60 in 3.6 seconds and gets a combine 14mpg.
The Huracán comes in six models, the EVO, EVO Spyder, RWD, RWD Spyder Performante and Performante Spyder. The Aventador comes in four models, the Aventedor S, S Roadster, SVJ and SVJ Roadster.
The Aventador and the Huracán are very similar looking super sport cars, but there are a few differences. The Aventador has a more sculpted hood, a larger side intake, and has three tailpipes in the center where the Huracán has two on each side.
The biggest difference between the two models are the price. The Aventador is the more premium of the two, making it the more costly of the current Lamborghini lineup.
