Dodge car delivery

Dodge, founded in the 1900's and based in Auburn Hills, Michigan, by brothers Horace and John Dodge. The company originally sold parts to other car manufacturers but began producing their own vehicles in 1914. It is currently owned by Fiat Chrysler Automobiles. Factories are located throughout the US, Canada and Mexico.

Currently, Dodge is in the process of rebranding the company to focus on performance vehicles and have reduced their offerings down to six models. Family vehicles are still available. They still list trucks on their website, but they are being sold as Ram. This is part of the rebranding process as Dodge is trying update and modernize their brand. They are really going for the muscle car, performance image on all their vehicles, even the minivan.

Dodge was the first auto manufacturer to ever produce a minivan with the introduction of the Dodge Caravan in 1983. The Caravan created a new vehicle market which virtually replaced the station wagon. Dodge previously said that the 2017 model year would be the last for the Grand Caravan, but as of now, they are still in production and marketed as the “parent-perfect super vehicle.”

Today, Dodge’s focus is on muscle cars. Their two models, the Challenger and Charger are reasonably priced starting at $27,845. Dodge does offer a high performance SRT model for the Challenger, Charger and Durango.

When transporting Dodge vehicles, both open and enclosed car transporters are used. Cost for shipping depends on the size of the vehicle needing transport. For example, a Challenger or Journey will cost less to ship than a Ram truck or Durango SUV. Or, if you need to ship your Charger SRT Hellcat, you might decide to use an enclosed car transporter to give your high-performance muscle car extra protection.
